If I were blind

So much beauty around to see,
ecstatic, rampant, yet dipped in shit;
Eyes be the way they be,
for, so much beauty around to see.

If a lion is rampant in the field,
and the sun is falling into the sea,
there's greed and ulterior motives,
still there's so much beauty around to see.

Being a seer, what does it mean?
see the beauty and ignore the shit?
For a change, I wish I were blind,
for I would not prefer beauty over shit. </b>
